Music Box series six: Singer-songwriter Kelvin Jones performs his hit 'Call You Home'
24-year-old has been performing a string of sold-out shows in the UK
Music Box series six continues with Kelvin Jones, a Zimbabwe-born, London-raised and (currently) Berlin-based singer-songwriter who already has a hit song to his name.
The 24-year-old, who just played an intimate show at The Islington following his sold-out gig at Islington Assembly Hall in October, recently released a new single "Seventeen".
Kelvin impressed me because he clearly has a superb ear for pop hooks and great melodies, paired with a soulful voice and lyrics themed around the importance of friendship, kindness and self-love.
For his Music Box session he performed "Call You Home", "Lights On" and "Cry a Little Less".
Thanks to Kelvin Jones, Sue Harris, Asher Alexander and The Independent video team.
Music Box continues on Monday 25 November
