Letter: Driver engaged

Sir: I have long through it strange that drivers of vehicles can use mobile phones whilst driving with impunity. It was even more unbelievable this week to see the driver of the bus I was on using a mobile phone for the whole of my journey. When is legislation going to be effected to counteract this dangerous practice?
