Holly Willoughby revealed a massive Star Wars: The Last Jedi spoiler live on air during an interview with John Boyega.
The actor - who stars in the franchise as Finn - was appearing on This Morning to promote the new Rian Johnson-directed sequel when his interviewer, sat alongside co-presenter Philip Schofield, honed in on one particular plot point which is sure to leave fans reeling (don't worry - we won't spoil here).
"And the fans will be very excited because [REDACTED],” Willoughby said, leaving Boyega speechless.
Looking off-screen in shock, the British star replied: “Holly, Holly... you can’t tell the fans exactly what happens."
Willoughby, who clearly didn't realise the extent of the revelation, tried to clear up the mess, saying: “I don’t know, I don’t know what happens… that is out there" while Schofield exclaimed: "It's been released!" (we're not sure where he's looking...).
Ever the professional, Boyega tried to erase Willoughby's awkwardness, clearly acknowledging her blunder as an innocent mistake.
“You know what? Things happen, things happen. Get your ticket,” he said.
The film's first reviews flooded in yesterday (12 December) hailing The Last Jedi as one of the franchise's best entries to date.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is released in the UK on 14 December. Reviews flooded
