Delivery and returns
Unfortunately, at this time there are no free delivery options at YouGarden. Orders take between 7-14 days depending on demand, so you can expect your summer orders to take up to two weeks. Any large items will be delivered by Yodel and you will be given a tracking link. Smaller orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail and won’t have a tracking link. Please note, delivery prices vary by order.
YouGarden returns can be done within 30 days and are a simple process. Choose between receiving a new plant or getting a full refund when you contact the customer service team. All you need to cover is P&P!
