We’re confident that all offers and promo codes presented on the Independent Vouchers portal are in working order. Our team of savings experts manually test each coupon before publishing it to our readers. Occasionally, however, you may encounter a code that doesn’t work for a variety of reasons.

Discount code check-list:
- Check the voucher’s expiry date.
- Ensure the code is entered correctly, using the correct upper and lowercase letters. We advise copying and pasting the code to avoid errors.
- Click on the ‘read more’ button within the voucher to expand the terms and conditions. Check that the items in your basket are eligible for the promotion, such as meeting the minimum order value or excluded sale items.
- New customer offers – some promotions are valid on first-time orders only. If your email address has been used previously, you may not be eligible.
- Check with the retailer that there are no technical issues with the website.
