Footasylum return policy

Footasylum allows free refunds or exchanges on all items as long as they are returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Enter your order number and email in the Footasylum returns portal to begin your refund process.

You will be asked to select the items you wish to return if you purchased multiple items. Next, select if you would like to request a refund (processed within 10 business days) or to exchange for a different item or size. Lastly, choose the courier you’d like to use, such as Asda, EVRi or InPost.

Of course, you can also complete your return at any Footasylum location near you. Please note, eBay, LayBuy and Klarna returns must be completed in-store.
