Your support makes all the difference.Bournemouth condemned Manchester United to another disappointing Premier League defeat after Joshua King struck the game’s only goal on a day of wretched weather at the Vitality Stadium.
King gave the Cherries the lead at the end of the first half with a neat flick over the head of Aaron Wan-Bissaka before volleying through the legs of David De Gea from close range, with United offering little retaliation in a lacklustre second half.
Anthony Martial had earlier seen his penalty shout dismissed in the only other moment of note, sparking a brawl between the two sides.
The result condemned Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team to their fourth loss of the season and resurfaces questions over the manager’s future, while victory sees Bournemouth creep into the top half of the table.
