The new champions began the day on 92 points, and with four games remaining they can set a new benchmark for top-flight points. However they will have to do it without their captain Jordan Henderson after he was ruled out for the rest of the campaign, and face a Burnley side in good form since the restart.

Prediction
Burnley are in good form right now, and Liverpool are without their captain, but even Sean Dyche will struggle to come up with a way to stop Liverpool in full flow. Liverpool 2-0 Burnley.
45+1 min: Three minutes of added time at both Vicarage Road and Carrow Road.
GOAL! Norwich 0-2 West Ham (Antonio) 45+1 min
Antonio again! Noble floats a free kick into the box towards West Ham's in-form man, who bullies his markers and powers a header past Krul. Norwich are now on the verge of relegation.
45+3 min: West Ham threaten to score a third before the break, with Antonio involved again. He does well to keep the ball in and play Fornals in down the left. His ball across is half-cleared, but the Hammers then play Fredericks through on the right. He flashes a shot over the bar.
At the other end, Buendia has a go from the edge of the box and draws a save from Fabianski.
It's half-time at Vicarage Road, where Newcastle lead a lacklustre Watford.
And that's it for the first half in Norwich, too. The Hammers are in complete control, thanks to a brace from the excellent Antonio. They're edging closer to safety, and Norwich are heading in the other direction.
47 min: Bowen slams a shot over the bar as West Ham begin on the front foot. They certainly look capable of putting a few more past Norwich today.
