24 mins: Sadio Mane wins a free kick after a high boot from Andre Gomes. The free kick is on the tip of the D and a conference of four Liverpool players decide who’s going to take it.
Henderson rolls it to Alexander-Arnold who curls one at the top left corner. Pickford leaps to his right and pushes the shot behind for a corner. Good save by the Everton goalkeeper.

19 mins: GOAL! Dominic Calvert-Lewin wins a corner as his shot from the right side of the box is palmed behind by Adrian.
James Rodriguez swings it into the box and Michael Keane wins the header. Adrian gets a hand to the ball but he can’t stop it and it finishes in the back of the net.
Everton are level.
15 mins: Andy Robertson is having a great time over on the left wing. He sprints into space pat Seamus Coleman and sends another glorious cross into the box. Roberto Firmino gets on the end of it and heads it wide.

12 mins: Huge loss for Liverpool. Virgil van Dijk can’t continue for the Reds and he’s replaced by Joe Gomez.
Lucas Digne whips another ball into the box for Everton. Dominic Calvert-Lewin runs in front of Gomez and leaps, meets the ball and heads it over the bar.
9 mins: Everton take hold of possession as Virgil van Dijk gets some treatment on the side of the pitch. Liverpool playing with 10-men at the minute. Lucas Digne flicks a cross into the box but Adrian grabs it out of the air.
6 mins: Liverpool are almost in again. Henderson makes a run into the box and Mane slots a perfect cross into him. Henderson tries to head it but misses the ball and Digne heads it out for a corner.
Robertson whips the corner in but it gets headed out to Fabinho. He dinks the ball back into the penalty area, van Dijk brings it down and is clattered by Pickford.
It looka like a cast-iron penalty but van Dijk has just offside. Pickford gets away with one.

3 mins: GOAL! Liverpool take the lead early in the game. Salah with a short pass to Firmino who gives it back to him. He sends it out to Robertson on the left, he gets around Coleman and hits it low into the six-yard box. Mane is waiting and he smashes the ball into the back of the net.
Kick off: Liverpool get the derby started and Trent Alexander-Arnold whips an early cross into the box. Michael Keane is their to head it away as Roberto Firmino made the run behind him.
