Tottenham will host Ajax on April 30 before the second leg in Amsterdam on May 8.
While Barcelona welcome Liverpool to the Nou Camp on May 1 before the return leg at Anfield on May 7.
The dates mean the Reds' Premier League match with Newcastle must now be moved.
The confirmation comes after a dramatic week of quarter-finals, with Tottenham edging Manchester City in a thriller, while Ajax stunned Juventus. Barcelona and Liverpool had far more comfortable times against Manchester United and Porto.
