Celtic head to France looking for their first point in the Europa League after losing 3-1 to AC Milan last week.

Their hosts, Lille, easily beat Sparta Prague in the first group game and are on a great run of form, winning four of the last five.

Lille are second in Ligue 1, though they did only draw at the weekend.

Celtic have struggled of late, being winless in three and also only drawing last time out against Aberdeen.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the match.

When is the game?

The match will kick-off at 5:55pm GMT on Thursday, 29 October at Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Lille.

Where can I watch it?

The game will be shown live on BT Sport 3. Subscribers can also stream the game via the BT Sport website or app.

What is the team news?

Lille have a full squad available and could name the same XI as won against Sparta Prague a week ago.

Celtic are without James Forrest and Christopher Jullien through injury, while Nir Bitton and Hatem Elhamed tested positive for coronavirus a couple of weeks ago and must wait for further results. Vasilios Barkas is a doubt.

Predicted line-ups

Lille: Maignan; Pied, Fonte, Botman, Bradaric; Yazici, Xeka, Soumare, Bamba; Ikone, David.

Celtic: Barkas; Welsh, Duffy, Ajer; Frimpong, Ntcham, Brown, McGregor, Laxalt; Griffiths, Ajeti.

Odds

Lille - 4/6

Draw - 7/2

Celtic - 17/4

Prediction

If Lille play to their full potential they have the attacking talent to trouble Celtic. Either way they’ll likely dominate the match and it will be up to the Scottish side to find counter-attacking situations to threaten LOSC. Lille 3-0 Celtic
