A Cohen & Co incurred pounds 522,000 taxable loss (profit pounds 215,000). Loss per share worsened to 61.1p (31.7p). No dividend (3.4p).
Carlisle Group increased taxable losses from pounds 947,000 to pounds 2.9m. Losses per share are 10.5p (2.8p). No dividend.
Riva Group fell from pounds 134,000 pre-tax profit to pounds 2.2m taxable loss. Loss per share is 8.6p (Eps 0.2p). No dividend.
Year to 31 March
Somic pre-tax profits rose from pounds 81,000 to pounds 254,000. Earnings per share improved to 9.57p (3.86p). Final dividend is 1.5p.
Ensor Holdings cut taxable losses to pounds 180,000 (pounds 3m). Loss per share fell from 24p to 0.7p. No dividend.
