Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

This week saw the launch of yet another Blue Cross sale at Debenhams, with up to 70 per cent off products across the store. Some of the best savings are to be found in the homewares department, with items such as the Bergen bonded leather recliner, reduced from £500 to £224, an Amelia bathroom towel set, down from £32 to £9.60, and the Clusterdown orthopaedic contoured pillow, reduced from £36 to £10.80, proving the top-selling items so far. Head over to http://ind.pn/bWzC4I for a full list of discounts.

And so to bed

La Senza has a great buy-one-get-one-free deal on pyjamas in store and online. There's a huge range of designs and thanks to the BOGOF, two night sets are now available for just £25. You can get a further 10 per cent reduction by entering the code AUTUMNEVENT while purchasing and although this deal alone won't activate it; it's worth bearing in mind that La Senza has free delivery on all orders over £40.

Bright and early

Find-me-a-gift.co.uk has introduced a voucher code deal entitling customers to 15 per cent off all purchases online. Simply enter the code EARLYBIRD15 when you purchase and 15 per cent will automat-ically be removed from your bill. As yet I can't find an expiry date but as the phrase "early bird" is used I'd imagine it'll be a reasonably short-lived offer. Free delivery will be given to all purchases over £100.

A topping treat

This week's top printable coupon offer comes via vouchercodes.co.uk and entitles customers to a three-course meal for just £12.50 at Pizza Express. Simply visit: http://ind.pn/93AOZB, print the coupon, take it with you to any Pizza Express restaurant and present when paying for your meal. The deal is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until October 31 and is based around one coupon per customer.
