2 ripe figs
30g blue cheese (try stilton or gorgonzola)
1tsp pistachio nuts, chopped
2 tsp honey
Toast the seeded bread. Slice the figs into quarters. Top the seeded bread with the figs, crumble the cheese on top and finally finish with a sprinkle of pistachios and a generous drizzle of honey.
