Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

London duo Ten Fé have released their second offering after single "In The Air" and it's a beaut.

"Elodie" is the third track to be taken from the band's debut LP, recorded in Berlin and produced by Ewan Pearson [Jagwar Ma, The Rapture].

These guys definitely have a knack for an ear-worm - crafting slices of indie pop with lively guitar lines complementing a cool vocal style.

Check out the video premiere for "Elodie" below and let us know what you think:

Q&A with Ten Fé

What have you been listening to recently?

Been listening to King Krule, Cullen Omori, Mac Demarco demos, and an unhealthy amount of Happy Mondays

What are your plans for summer 2016?

This summer we'll be rehearsing, busking our way around Europe between festivals, and gearing up for the release of our album at the end of the year. Can't wait.

First gig, best gig?

First gig we played was St Pancras Old Church in Kings Cross London...hard to beat that- people dancing on the altar, the place looking surreal immersed in our visuals and a really loud sound from the PA we brought in. Or maybe the Electronic Beats festival in Budapest last year - they insisted we hit the Thermal Baths before we did the gig...excellent. Trying to get that on our rider for every show we do now.

Ten Fé are playing The Pickle Factory in London on 5 May
