Three men have been jailed after raping a teenage girl at a house party and recording their crimes on a GoPro camera.

Kurt Stevenson, 27, Andrew Waters, 25, and Tristan Carlyle-Watson, 26, were sentenced to a minimum of nine, seven, and four years in prison respectively following the assault in Sydney, Australia in May 2015.

Ayden Devereux, the man who filmed the gang rape, was sentenced last year to a minimum of five years in jail, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.

The jury at the New South Wales District Court trial were shown footage of the attack, where the men could be heard shouting derogatory remarks, including “One by one we will all get a f***”, and “Are you ready for the next one?”

The gang rape was only discovered after police arrested the owner of the GoPro, Frank Kordis, over vandalism offences.

Police viewed the footage and were able to track down the 16-year-old victim, who did not know she had been raped. She later told police she had passed out at the party after drinking a spiked beer, according to the Australian Daily Telegraph.

Sharon Harris, Crown Prosecutor, told the jury last year the 16-year-old victim, was too drunk to consent to sex.

“She is flopping, slow or sleeping, Kurt Stevenson has to direct her take her clothes off, to move or sit up,” Ms Harris said.

The jury was told the victim had a mild intellectual disability, with an IQ of 60.

“She was a vulnerable young lady without the coping skills to protect herself,” Ms Harris added.

A boy who cannot be identified because he was a minor at the time of the offence was sentenced to a minimum of three years in prison last year.

Kordis, who hosted the house party, was given an A$3,000 fine after pleading guilty to concealing a serious offence.
