Justin Bieber wants Fox News host Laura Ingraham fired

Justin Bieber has called for Fox News host Laura Ingraham to be fired after she laughed during a segment about late rapper Nipsey Hussle’s memorial service.

Following the death of Hussle, an activist and artist, Ingraham smiled and laughed while discussing the rapper during her show The Ingraham Angle last Friday.

On Thursday, Bieber acknowledged the incident on Instagram, where he called Ingraham’s behaviour “absolutely disgusting” and said she should be fired.

“Laura Ingraham absolutely disgusting what you did on national television. How dare you laugh in the face of a person who has passed on,” the 25-year-old singer wrote. “Doesn’t matter who it is. But disrespecting someone who was a pillar in the community and did right by people?

“Did you not think about the family who just lost a loved one and now have to see you mock him on national television it’s absurd and you should be fired period.”

Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, was shot outside of his clothing store, The Marathon, in Los Angeles on 2 April.

During her show, Ingraham and guest Raymond Arroyo discussed Hussle’s memorial and joked about a song he’s featured in titled “FDT,” “F**k Donald Trump,” which they played.

“Now that’s a very creative refrain,” Ingraham said before adding: “So, the chorus it goes on and on. Is that related to the lowest unemployment ever basically for African Americans?”

Bieber is just one of multiple musicians who has responded to the clip with outrage, with The Game, TI and Snoop Dogg also calling for the Fox News host to be fired over her behaviour.

The clip also prompted the creation of a petition requesting Ingraham’s removal over her "disrespectful and unprofessional comments," which has received more than 46,000 signatures.
